Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at WestwardTrade. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also have any tags, labels, or seals intact. Please ensure that the item is adequately packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant images (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
  3. Shipping the Return: After receiving the RA number, securely package the item and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return to the address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-Built PCs
    • If you order a computer tailored to your specifications, the order cannot be returned.
  • Digital Products
    • Downloadable content, online subscriptions, or software keys.
  • Components with Broken Seals
    • If any seals or serial numbers have been broken or tampered with.
  • Discounted or Clearance Items
  • Products Damaged by User
  • Opened Accessories due to hygiene
    • Headphones, mice or keyboards
